East Bay Man With Down Syndrome Missing

UNION CITY, CA -- A man with down syndrome is reportedly mission in East Bay. Andrew Lara, 51, was last seen on 7th Street in Union City at 4 a.m., police said.

Lara, who was last seen at his home, is Hispanic, 4'11" in height and 175 pounds. The family was unsure what he was last seen wearing, police said.
