Locally Native Plants for the SF Bay Area: A Talk by Arvind Kumar

Fremont Main Library and the California Native Plant Society present a talk by Arvind Kumar on locally native plants suitable for home gardens. Come learn about the vast number of species there are to choose from, and which ones are easy to grow as well as beautiful.  Plant lists will also be available.  Arvind Kumar has been gardening with natives for over 10 years and is the president of the Santa Clara Valley chapter of the California Native Plant Society.

The Fremont Main Library, a branch of the Alameda County Library system, is located at 2400 Stevenson Boulevard and is wheelchair accessible.  The Library will provide an ASL interpreter for any event with at least seven working days notice.  Please call 510-745-1401 or TTY 888-663-0660 for more information.
