A Fremont resident won $2 million in the California Lottery's Replay Program and was one of seven people across the state who won a second-chance prize, lottery officials said Friday.
The Replay Program gives scratch-off ticket players whose tickets did not reveal a cash prize a second chance to win using information from their non-winning tickets.
