UCPD thanks the public for their assistance."---Union City police officers asked the public for help Saturday finding a missing at-risk teenager. Chance was last seen near the James Logan High School basketball courts at 8:30 p.m. Friday, police said. Chance, who has Asperger's, is known to frequent bus stops. Chance is described as a white male, 5'8, thin build with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a gray/black thermal with blue jeans.
