Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges
Kevin David Chow, 31, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession and control of child pornography.
A Union City man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession and control of child pornography.
Kevin David Chow, 31, was arrested Wednesday at his home on the 1700 block of Dalton Way.
Union City police, assisted by the San Jose Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, served a search warrant of Chow’s home, where they recovered photographs containing child pornography, said Det. Victor Derting of the Union City Police Department.

Chow appeared to live alone at the address, and no children were living there, according to a UCPD press release.
He was booked at Fremont Jail and posted bail, the report stated.
