Man in Critical Condition After Being Hit By Car

Bay City News Service — A man was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle in Union City late Thursday night, according to police.

At about 10:19 p.m., Union City police received a report of a collision between a vehicle and pedestrian near the intersection of Union City Boulevard and Horner Street.

Officers responded and found the victim lying in the street.

He was taken to a local trauma center with life-threatening injuries, according to police.

The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision remained at the scene and cooperated with the police investigation.
