Enrollment for the 2022-23 School Year Has Begun

Transfer requests received after March 25, 2022, will be reviewed during the summer for approval, based on space availability.

The New Haven Unified School District is now accepting enrollments for the 2022-23 school year. Currently enrolled students do not need to be reenrolled. This process is for incoming TK and kindergarten students as well students new to the district or families from outside the district that wish to enroll in a New Haven school next year.

Transfer requests in New Haven for the 2022-2023 school year are now being accepted and are due March 25, 2022 to be processed for the 2022-2023 school year. Transfer requests received after March 25, 2022, will still be accepted and reviewed during the summer for approval, based on space availability.

Transfers can include non-resident students transferring into New Haven (inter-district transfer) or resident students transferring to another New Haven school (intra-district transfer).
