Police Search for Missing Woman

Police are searching for a Union City woman who last contacted relatives about a month ago. The woman, who takes daily medication, is believed to be at-risk, authorities said.

Mindy Allen Malkin, 49, last contacted her husband Neil Malkin sometime between late March and early April, according to a press release issued by the Union City Police Department.

He reported her missing Thursday afternoon, two days after Malkin's unoccupied vehicle was found and towed from a San Mateo rest stop.

Nothing suspicious or out of the ordinary was found in the vehicle, according to the press release.

Malkin is considered at-risk because her daily medication is not in her possession.

Malkin is described as white female adult, 49 years old, 5'2" tall with green eyes and black hair.
