Teen Injured in Early Morning Shooting
The victim is being treated at a local hospital for a leg wound that's not life-threatening, police said.

A 17-year-old boy is in the hospital with a minor leg wound following an early morning shooting Wednesday, police said.
According to Lt. Ben Horner of the , officers responded to the 300 block of Sixth Street at 3:21 a.m. after receiving reports of shots fired.
As officers were investigating, they learned that a teenager with a gunshot wound had check into a local hospital, Horner said.

Investigators found out that the victim, who resides in both Union City and Modesto, was riding his bike when he was shot in the leg, Horner said.
The victim told officers that he didn’t see anything, and police don't have any information about a suspect.

He suffered a leg wound and was dropped off at the hospital by a friend.
