Children Open Play Time at Pump It Up
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, children 34 inches and taller are invited to climb, slide, jump, laugh and play at Pump it Up. Admission is $8 and play time is supervised by Pump it Up's experienced staff.
Relay for Life Committee Meeting

Help plan one of Union City's biggest events: Relay for Life, a 24-hour run/walk for cancer awareness. Community members are encouraged to attend the meeting and share ideas Monday night at 6:30 p.m. at 32980 Alvarado Niles Rd.

The Alameda County Office of Education is hosting a job fair this Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at their office, located at 313 W. Winton Ave. in Hayward. The event will feature 200 job openings in Alameda County schools. Click on the link above for more info.
SAVE's Open Doors
Learn about SAVE (Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments), a vital community resource that helps domestic violence survivors overcome and walk away from lives of violence, during their free "Open Doors" event this Thursday at noon. "Open Doors" will introduce the community to their array of services. Clients will also share their stories. Those interested in attending must RSVP by calling Tina at 510-574-2266.
