Two Minors Injured in Accident in Decoto
A helicopter was sent to transport the victims to a nearby hospital.

Two juveniles were airlifted to a nearby hospital and are expected to survive after an accident in the Decoto neighborhood, police said.
According to Sgt. Travis Souza of the Union City Police Department, both of the juveniles were riding a single “pocket bike” miniature motorcycle when they collided with a car near the intersection of 13th and F streets.

The accident was reported at about 2:07 p.m., according to the Alameda County Fire Department’s PulsePoint app.
The ages of the juveniles were not released.

Though the full extent of the injuries were not released, police said later in the evening that both were expected to survive.
