A 27-year-old Union City man is free on bail Wednesday afternoon, after admitting to police he flashed nearly 10 people around Alvarado Niles Boulevard.
Police arrested Zanaido Gonzalez at his home Tuesday after the mother of a 14-year-old girl reported that her daughter had been followed by a strange man in a car, according to the Contra Costa Times.
