While many community members might visit this part of Mowry East for sweet treats at Vienna Bakery and Cafe and some drinks at BevMo, this building located on the corner of Mowry and Blacow avenues remains vacant. 

It's been empty for years, despite smaller businesses occupying spaces near it.
