What Should Replace Fresh Choice Restaurant?

It's been more than a year since Fresh Choice closed its location at Union City's major retail hub.

There were rumors that Fremont's Hooters would move into the location that is adjacent to Fuddrucker's inside of the Union Landing Shopping Center, but those fell flat when owners told Patch that their deal fell through. 

Thus, the vacant building remains.
