Positions: Various Summer Jobs

• Location: Union City
• Duties: Duties vary for each position. Positions currently available include aquatics instructors and lifeguards, day camp staff, Sports Center staff (Youth Fitness Instructors, Facility Managers, Summer Sports Leaders), youth and teen programs aides and leaders, bus drivers, tennis instructors and more. • Requirements: Requirements differ for each position. All positions require fingerprinting, current TB test results, CPR and first aid certificates. Youth jobs require applicants be at least 15 or 16 years old, other positions require you to be 18 years of age. 
• Compensation: Varies for each position, staring at $8 from youth camp aides to up to $17.83 for Sports Center staff.

ARC

Position: Community Access Specialists (Part-Time)

• Location: Union City, Hayward and Fremont
• Duties: Support adults with disabilities in activities in their homes and in the community.
• Requirements: High school diploma or GED, experience in providing care for adults, a valid driver's license with a clean record and no criminal record.
• Compensation: $14.30 per hour plus benefits

FREMONT/NEWARK YMCA

 Position: Associate Program Director

• Location: Fremont
• Duties:Teach and lead activities, be responsible for member involvement and satisfaction, and perform various administrative tasks.
• Requirements:  Must have one year of related experience, must be a certified fitness instructor with an AA degree and possess first aid certification.
