Elijah Kirkland-Andrews was last seen Aug. 26 in the Venice Beach area, according to the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Person Unit. Kirkland-Andrews is Black, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.Anyone with information about Kirkland-Andrews' whereabouts is asked to call the LAPD's Missing Persons Unit during business hours at 213-996-1800.
