Meet Spencer. He's  a small adult cat with large, beautiful green eyes and a striking, silky black-and-white coat. Spencer was surrendered  to Friends of Animals together with his sister, Kate, after their owner lost her job and her home. Spencer is  still a little shy and still misses his former owner but is very sociable with other cats and with people. Spencer loves nothing better than spending time being petted and would thrive best in a quiet, adult home.
