Two vehicles were involved in a collision on the Northbound 405 Freeway at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday evening, just north of National Boulevard. California Highway Patrol Officer Christian Cracraft told Patch that both vehicles crashed on the right shoulder near National Boulevard. The Los Angeles Fire Department was called to the scene but no injuries were reported. As of 6:45 p.m. traffic in the area was still backed up.
