A report of a sexual battery near UCLA graduate and married student housing in Palms prompted UCLA police to issue a crime alert today.A woman told UCLA police she was walking south on Sepulveda Boulevard near Palms Boulevard about noon Tuesday when a thin, 30-something black man with an Afro hairdo grabbed her.The culprit then ran across Sepulveda, the woman told police.The suspect was described as about 5 feet 11 inches tall, wearing a black hoodie and sweat pants, police said.
