Venice Pop-Up Dinner Party To Feature Plant-Based Chef Anne Thornton
Venice's Cafe Gratitude will offer a four-course plant-based meal for the next installment in its Chef Collaboration Series.
VENICE, CA — Venice's Cafe Gratitude will offer a four-course plant-based meal prepared by celebrated chef Anne Thornton and Executive Chef Seizan Dreux Ellis for the next installment in its Chef Collaboration Series.
Guests are invited to the restaurant on Aug. 8 at 7 p.m. to enjoy an evening of fresh, plant-based ingredients crafted into summer-inspired dishes.
"Celebrate the spirit of summer with dishes like the Artichoke Caponata Toasts made with artichoke, asparagus, celery, olives, sun-dried tomato pesto, gluten-free focaccia, and an Amuse-Bouche, a charred and chilled heirloom tomato soup with crema ajo blanco and herbed crouton," Cafe Gratitude said.

The meal will also include a lemon-herbed summer polenta and summer stone fruits for dessert prepared by the chefs.
Thornton is a renowned chef known for her nutrient-dense, plant-based food that has earned awards. She also features in her own Food Network show called Desser First with Anne Thornton.

Tickets for the dinner are available for $125 per person with a $20 gift card redeemable at any Cafe Gratitude location and a $50 CookUnity gift card.
