Tulare County judge reprimanded by judicial commission for repeated misconduct (visaliatimesdelta.com) — A Tulare County Superior Court judge who has served in Visalia since 2017 was publicly reprimanded for repeated misconduct in family law cases and removed from the Visalia family law team. The judicial commission cited abuses of authority, improper courtroom restrictions, and mishandling of litigants’ rights before reassigning her to Porterville.
