• Luka Mijatovic Lowers 15-16 NAG Record in 1000 Free In 8:36.71 on Last Day of CA/NV Sectionals (swimswam.com) — A major age-group swimming milestone just happened in Walnut, where standout distance freestyler Luka Mijatovic lowered his own 15-16 national record in the 1000-yard freestyle at the CA/NV December Sectionals. Over four days at Walnut’s short-course meet, he also reset the 1650 record and posted some of the fastest 500 free, 200 free, and 400 IM times ever for his age.
