Community Arts Foundation Seeks Board Members

Board members are vital in advocating for arts awareness and accessibility throughout Contra Costa County.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — Walnut Creek-based Community Arts Foundation seeks people interested in serving as board members who will help ensure arts education is available to everyone, regardless of financial background.

CAF board members directly impact the lives of students in Contra Costa County, providing scholarships for youth, adults and seniors at the Center for Community Arts, according to Lee Oller, who serves as co-secretary of the board.

"The need is great, with many scholarship recipients designated as extremely low-income," Oller said. "Working together, driven by our motto of 'Arts for All,' we’re dedicated to bridging this gap."
