The Pie Co. is a bakery located in Ripon, California. They’ve been creating handmade pies just like grandma used to make, since 2008! In our collection of 14 bold and delicious flavors, comes the sought after homemade touch on each and every pie.
The foundation of any good pie is a nice, sturdy crust. The buttery, flaky crusts on The Pie Co. pies are enhanced by adding an egg wash halfway through baking, and then sprinkling with sugar for a nice glaze(totally optional!). We also have cobblers! A cobbler is a more rustic looking pie that’s, well, cobbled together. The fruit filling sits in the pie pan (without the reinforcement of a crust) and is topped with a biscuit-like dough that’s in crumbled chunks on top of the filling.
