Friends and Family Remember Robert G. Meisenheimer
The deceased and his wife helped found the Walnut Creek Friends Church.

Friends and family of Robert Meisenheimer are mourning the Walnut Creek resident who died at home March 17 at the age of 82.
Robert got his Phd in physics from the University of California, Berkeley and spent his professional life as a scientist for Shell and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
Robert and his wife Ella helped found the Walnut Creek Friends Church, according to Legacy.com

In addition to Ella, Robert is survived by daughter Carol Painter of Antioch, granddaughter Michelle Jones of Pleasant Hill, grandson Thom Painter of Concord and grandson Lane Meisenheimer of Antioch. Bob was also blessed with four great grandsons: James, Thomas, Ryan and Thomas Aquinas.
Friends and Family are invited to a viewing Friday March 22 from 5-8 p.m. and a funeral Saturday March 23 at 1 p.m. at Oakmont Memorial Park and Mortuary 2099 Reliez Valley Road in Lafayette. A Burial will follow at Oakmont Memorial Park.
