Garden of D'Lights
Ruth Bancroft Garden's Winter Light Show, Garden of D'Lights starts November 21st.
Ruth Bancroft Garden is excited to announce the return of its seventh annual holiday light experience, Garden of D’Lights, running on select nights from November 21, 2025 through January 11, 2026.
Each winter, the world-renowned 3.5-acre dry garden transforms into an otherworldly landscape of color, featuring thousands of sparkling lights, sculptures, and lasers that make the unique plant collection of cacti, succulents, trees and drought-tolerant plants come to life.
Garden of D’lights is a self-guided light experience that is family-friendly and pet-friendly. Guests can stroll at their own pace and explore the mesmerizing art displays and illuminated plants. Entirely designed, installed, and operated by Ruth Bancroft Garden’s staff and volunteers, it’s an experience unlike any other in the East Bay Area.
