WALNUT CREEK, CA — A Barbie-themed pop-up truck will soon be in Walnut Creek with exclusive retro-inspired merchandise celebrating the iconic heritage of the original California girl, Malibu Barbie.

For one day only, from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, the Barbie Malibu Pop-Up Truck will be parked in the Events Plaza near Macy's, 1275 Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek.

The Barbie Truck Totally Throwback Tour kicked off in Los Angeles in summer 2021 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Malibu Barbie and continues traveling to different U.S. cities throughout 2023. Following the Bay Area, the Barbie Truck will continue its 2023 tour with a stop in Fresno June 10.
