"Expect to see the same beloved brunch dishes of its sister eateries, from deep-fried French toast to bottomless mimosas and bloody marys and, of course, that bacon," the newspaper reported.

That's right, locals will soon be able to enjoy bacon to their heart's extent. A sampler platter of Millionaire's Bacon is $25 and features Original Bacon, Citron Bacon, Cinnamon Bacon and Rosemary Bacon. Diners can also order Millionaire's Candy; for $12, it comes with four slices of candied bacon.

For those seeking healthier choices, the Open Face is $30 and features raw smoked salmon, capers, a poached egg, cucumber wasabi and more on toasted garlic butter sourdough.

According to The Mercury News, which hails Sweet Maple as one of "11 eagerly anticipated Bay Area restaurants for 2025," the eatery is set to open in February in Walnut Creek.
