Mount Diablo Integrated Wellness Center, or MDi Wellness, is a multi-disciplinary clinic located in the Shadelands Business Park in Walnut Creek.
We offer a "Total Health Immersion" Program, which consists of a series of courses that address key health topics including Internal Health, Nutrition, Mental Health, Musculoskeletal Health, and Spirituality and Health. The classes merge current medical standards of care with Ayurvedic and Holistic principles. After finishing this program, the patient will have a clearer understanding of how his body functions, how disease manifests, treatment options and smart lifestyle modifications to improve health.
