What To Know: Run First, Gobble Later At Walnut Creek Turkey Trot

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Whether you plan to stroll or blaze this year, the Walnut Creek Turkey Trot is near and registration is open.

The 5K and 10K will go through downtown Walnut Creek. The 10K extends out on to the Iron Horse trail. Both the 5K and 10K are paved and flat.

Race packet pick-ups will be at Forma Gym 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Forma Gym is located at 1908 Olympic Blvd, in Walnut Creek.

Race day registration and packet pick-up will be set up near the library at Civic Park beginning 6:30 a.m. Packets will include a bib number and T-shirt (until the T-shirts are gone).

Civic Park is in Downtown Walnut Creek, on Civic Drive one block east of North Broadway. Parking is available along the downtown streets adjacent to Civic Park.

Parking lots at several nearby businesses will be available for parking.
