Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia/Possession of Burglary Tools: Jeffrey Martinez, 24, was arrested at Maple Avenue and Union Street at 8:34 a.m. when police found him hiding bolt cutters in his pants as well as drug paraphernalia.
Petty Theft: Copper wire was stolen from the PG&E storage yard. The suspect left behind a glove which was put into evidence.Â
Battery: A woman reported that her doctor inappropriately touched her during an exam. The case is being investigated.
