Police Blotter: Doctor Misconduct and Copper Wire Theft

Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia/Possession of Burglary Tools: Jeffrey Martinez, 24, was arrested at Maple Avenue and Union Street at 8:34 a.m. when police found him hiding bolt cutters in his pants as well as drug paraphernalia.

Petty Theft: Copper wire was stolen from the PG&E storage yard. The suspect left behind a glove which was put into evidence. 

Battery: A woman reported that her doctor inappropriately touched her during an exam. The case is being investigated.

Carrying a Concealed Dagger: A 14-year-old was arrested on the 600 block of Palm Avenue at 5:58 p.m.

Public Intoxication: Alfie Roman, 42, was arrested on the 1400 block of Main Street at 6:35 p.m.

Threatening a Crime with the Intent to Terrorize: Gregory Mercado was arrested after threatening his neighbor on the 100 block of E Beach Street at 7:36 p.m.
