WATSONVILLE, CA -- Freedom Boulvard was closed Saturday afternoon as strong winds disrupted the power lines, according to the Watsonville Police Department. The closure was at 2:15 p.m. for northbound Freedom Boulevard between Crestview Court and Alta Vista Avenue.
