Carrying a Concealed Dagger/Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia: Larry Martinez, 24, was arrested with a knife and a meth pipe on Ross Avenue at 1:43 a.m.

Public Intoxication: Carissa Anderson, 20, was arrested in the hospital parking lot for being intoxicated at 3:56 a.m.
DUI: Alberto Erick Scalant, 25, was arrested on the 100 block of Nielson Street at 2:01 a.m.

Resisting Arrest: Pedro Ortega, 40, was telling people on the 1700 block of Freedom Boulevard that he was in the military and that people were going to die. He resisted an officer and was arrested at 8:55 a.m.
Petty Theft: Jose Luis Montejano, 33, was arrested for shoplifting on the 1700 block of Freedom Boulevard at 9:11 p.m.
May 4:
Possession of Concentrated Cannabis: A juvenile was arrested on the 200 block of E Lake Avenue at 12:34 a.m.
Public Intoxication: Ulises Cavazos was arrested on the 100 block of Prospect Street at 5:57 a.m.
Possession of Burglary Tools: A man was arrested with wire cutters on his person on Beach Street and Rodriguez Street at 10:57 p.m.
May 3:
Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia: Luis Vazquez Diaz, 21, was arrested with drug paraphernalia on the 600 block of Main Street at 8:43 a.m.
Annoying a Child under 18: A 13-year-old girl reported that a man in a black van approached her and asked her to get in his car on the 300 block of E Lake Avenue at 2:08 p.m.
Petty Theft: A person had their wallet stolen at Applebee's at 2:20 p.m.
Attempted Murder: One person was injured in a gang-related shooting on the 100 block of Sudden Street at 7:36 p.m.
Battery: A woman said she was attacked by her nephew on the 100 block of Hope Drive at 8:13 p.m.
Assault with Firearm: A male suspect shot at a residence on the 100 block of Ross Avenue at 9:37 p.m.
