• St. Bernard's boys take Mt. Shasta tourney, best Mack in final (modbee.com) — Weed High’s boys basketball team fell 71–62 to St. Bernard’s in the opening round of the Mt. Shasta Tournament, despite a standout performance from star guard Jaxson King. St. Bernard’s coach praised King as “phenomenal” and said containing him was central to their game plan. The Crusaders went on to win the tournament, highlighting the strong regional competition Weed will face this season.
