Neighborhood Council PLUM Committee to Meet
The committee will consider zone changes and a project permit compliance.

The Planning and Land Use Management, or PLUM, Committee of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m.
According to its agenda, the committee will consider a zone change to allow for the demolition of a new-car dealership to permit the construction of a new dealership at 21701 Ventura Blvd.
As well, it will discuss permit compliance for the demolition of a fueling station and strip center to be replaced with a bank building, remote drive-up automated teller facility and surface area at 20900 Ventura Blvd.

And in regards to the property at 21200 Victory Blvd, the committee will consider dividing the property into three lots for a project intended to develop it in two phases.
The committee will meet in the ground floor meeting room at the Woodland Park West Retirement Facility, 21711 Ventura Blvd.
