Weather Service Issues Frost Advisory
Temperatures in Woodland Hills, Malibu Canyon, Calabasas, Agoura Hills and Topanga are expected to plummet overnight.

The National Weather Service is predicting near-freezing weather for Woodland Hills Thursday night.
According to its online forecast, temperatures will reach as low as 36 degrees overnight. Friday's high will be around 61 degrees and then drop to around 40 Friday night into Saturday morning, when the service is predicting a 40 percent chance of rain.
With colder than normal temperatures expected for early Friday morning, forecasters issued a frost advisory for the areas of Woodland Hills, Malibu Canyon, Calabasas, Agoura Hills and Topanga.

The frost advisory will be in effect from 3 to 9 a.m. Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures could reach as low as 28 degrees in those areas and forecasters warned that sensitive outdoor plants should be covered.
