Breakfast - a $5 donation provides a family with breakfast and includes organic oatmeal and cereal bars.
• Lunch - a $10 donation serves a lunch of macaroni and cheese, tuna, creamy peanut butter, golden rounds crackers and fruit spread.
• Dinner - a $10 donation and includes two packages of spaghetti, pasta sauce, a sixpack of apple sauce, a can of soup and a can of vegetables.
• Meals for a Day - a generous $25 donation will provide meals for the entire family for a full day.
• Toiletry Kit - a $5 donation that will go toward the purchase of a personal care kit filled with Whole Foods Market’s 365 Everyday Value citrus grapefruit-scented body lotion, shower gel and shampoo.

“No family should go without, especially during the holiday season,” said Nissa Sompels, Whole Foods Market Woodland Hills marketing supervisor. “Haven Hills offers shelter for battered women and their children to begin rebuilding their lives. Our Grab and Give program is an easy way to help these families during this transition, empowering them to break the cycle of violence.”

The program continues through Dec. 31 at the Woodland Hills store, located at 21347 Ventura Blvd.
