• Jeffco's Fall 2025 State Champions (jeffcopublicschools.org) — Arvada West High School’s gymnastics program shined this fall as Layla Petz captured the all-around state title, leading a strong showing for Jeffco athletes. The district also celebrated football, bowling, and cheer championships at Dakota Ridge, Pomona, Lakewood, Standley Lake, and Ralston Valley, underscoring a standout season for local high school sports. 
• Northern Colorado Town Has the Worst Drivers in the State (westword.com) — Arvada drivers rank among the safest in Colorado, with just 10.3 traffic incidents per 1,000 drivers according to a new 2025 LendingTree analysis. The report compares cities statewide, highlighting Windsor’s much higher crash and ticket rates, and also breaks down incident patterns by driver age and vehicle brand.
