Puppy Reunited With Owners After Stolen Car Found By Police
The 10-month old dachshund puppy, "Ciri," was found after Westminster police stopped a stolen vehicle belonging to a Texas family.

WESTMINSTER, CO – A puppy that was abducted inside a stolen car early Sunday in Arvada was reunited with its owners Wednesday.
Cheliesa Anderson and husband Stone were devastated when someone drove off with their 2018 Ford Fusion while the family was packing up after staying with an aunt in Arvada. Inside was Cheliesa's purse, their belongings for their newborn child, and their 10 month old dachshund puppy, "Ciri."
Arvada police sent out word Tuesday that the dog and vehicle had been stolen.

Early Wednesday morning, Westminster police spotted the car around 3 a.m. near 88th and Sheridan, KDVR reported. The vehicle was curbed at 80th and Zuni, after a brief pursuit, and two people were arrested KDVR said.
The stolen puppy was reunited with her owners at the police station.
