What Is Presence—and Why Does It Matter?
Presence is our spiritual freedom liquefied, condensed. Presence is an actual sense of
hereness—beyond our emotions, beyond the mind, beyond our ideas. Eventually, we
recognize that immediacy really means presence.
We know Presence by being it.
But how do we come to know it, embody it?
Through the wisdom of our belly, heart, and mind.
Each of these centers can either open us to Presence—or block it.
Head center: caught in identification
Heart center: trapped in reactivity
Belly center: held by rigidity or armoring
Join Diamond Approach teachers Beverly Alexander and Julie Endress for a two-day
exploration of how we can recognize, open to, and embody our own living Presence.
Together, we’ll uncover the subtle ways we turn away from ourselves—and the freedom that
comes when we turn back.
