Company Buys 3 Boulder Office Buildings For $146M: Report

Clarion Partners has purchased several properties in downtown Boulder, the Colorado Real Estate Journal reports.

BOULDER, CO — A real estate investment management firm has purchased three Boulder buildings for a total of $146 million, according to a report by the Colorado Real Estate Journal.

Clarion Partners has purchased buildings at 1050 Walnut, 1881 Ninth St. and 1900 15th St.

The buildings at 1050 Walnut and 1900 15th, which houses Amazon, were fully leased when the sale was made, according to the report. The building at 1881 Ninth St., Canyon Center, was around 88 percent leased.

Clarion Partners paid $72 million for 1050 Walnut, $51 million for Canyon Center and $22.9 million for 1900 15th, according to the report.
