Homewood Suites By Hilton Boulder Sells For $16.9M

The 112-room hotel on Baseline Road was purchased by a Denver group, according to a report.

BOULDER, CO — The Homewood Suites by Hilton Boulder has sold for $16.9 million, according to the Colorado Real Estate Journal. The 112-room hotel, at 4950 Baseline Road, was sold to 4950 Baseline Road LLC, a partnership between Sage Hospitality and Brue Baukol Capital Partners.

The seller was BRE Newton Hotels Property Owner LP, a Blackstone Real Estate affiliate, the journal reported.

At least half a dozen hotels in Denver's metro area and Boulder have changed hands recently. The region is seen as a "very attractive" hotel market for local and national investors, according to the report.
