Police Seek Man Who Allegedly Videoed Girls In Bathroom

A man with a "hairy arm" stuck a cell phone under the stalls while two young girls used the Boulder Public Library bathroom, police said.

BOULDER, CO – Boulder police are still seeking a "person of interest" who may be connected with a man who allegedly recorded on his cell phone two young girls using the bathroom.

The girls, ages 7 and 9, were using the women's restroom near the children's section Aug. 8 around 5:30 p.m. at the Boulder Public Library, 1001 Arapahoe Ave., police said. The girls told police they saw a white man's "hairy arm" holding a cell phone under the stall, and that the man was "wearing dark pants and black and white shoes," police said.

Police said they would like to talk to a "person of interest" who was captured on surveillance video at the library walking out of the hallway where both the male and female restrooms are located "seconds after the female victims exited the restroom."
