Business Workshop For Artists Held In Broomfield

BROOMFIELD, CO – There's art, then there's business. Then there's the business of art. Creative Broomfield is offering help to artists and arts organizations to navigate the business of art with the "Arts Business Series" workshops.

The next workshop, entitled "Creating An Elevator Pitch for your Organization" will be held Thursday, Feb. 21 from 6:30-8:30 pm. at the Broomfield Library Eisenhower Room, 3 Community Park Road.

The workshop will help artists and non-profit organizations develop a marketing brand that can be used to apply for grant funding and "successfully relay your story to connect with audiences, donors and members," the organization said. Arts organizations should send at least one representative to the presentation, the agency said.
