• Kids First Health Care helps all children at its clinics, regardless of insurance status (denverpost.com) — A Commerce City–based nonprofit health provider, Kids First Health Care, runs a community clinic on Colorado Boulevard and several school-based clinics across Adams County, serving patients under 21 regardless of insurance. The organization accepts many Medicaid and uninsured children, offers behavioral and limited dental care, and is planning an expansion of one clinic while relying heavily on donations to support its 56 staff members.
   

• ‘Truly bizarre': Man takes naked joyride in patrol vehicle before arrest, police said (kdvr.com) — Commerce City police are highlighting an unusually strange weekend arrest after a man allegedly slipped into the department’s secure lot, stole a patrol vehicle, and was stopped driving near the Civic Center while naked. He was arrested and booked into Adams County Jail, and officers also reported recovering multiple stolen vehicles and making several DUI arrests over the same weekend.
   

• Colorado Rapids 2 Offseason: Kofi Senanou, Anderson Rosa, and Anthony Garcia Depart (burgundywave.com) — Commerce City soccer fans will see a reshaped Colorado Rapids 2 squad next season, as the club declines options on Anderson Rosa and Matthew “Kofi” Senanou and passes on buying Antony Garcia. Several other players are out of contract, while a smaller core group returns, reflecting the organization’s focus on first-team potential and clear development pathways.
