Several police cars reportedly blocked off a part of 16th Street Mall on Tuesday afternoon.
DENVER, CO -- Officers in riot gear reportedly swarmed to the 16th Street Mall on Tuesday afternoon. The incident was reported around noon. It was unclear what brought police to the area around Champa Street.
