City Council Adopts Envision Littleton 2040 Report
Littleton's future is described by five adjectives: Anchored, authentic, connected, active and engaged.

LITTLETON, CO – The Littleton City Council voted unanimously to adopt the city's "Envision Littleton 2040" report, a tool to get community input as the city updates its comprehensive plan and develops a first-ever Transportation Master Plan.
Over 12 weeks, the Envision Littleton team interviewed 3,000 people in person and online. The team received 870 survey responses to "identify community values."
Based on community input, Envision Littleton identified "five guiding principles" for future growth in Littleton: Anchored, authentic, connected, active and engaged.

"The Envision Littleton teams views these principles with the metaphor of a camera. Stating that each will contribute as a filter for that camera, and unless all five filters are applied and honored, the picture will be blurry," the city said in a press release.
Using this input, the city council will be guided when making decisions about investments, capital project priorities, and new or expanded partnerships, the city said.
