Driver Hits Bear On Kipling Parkway
The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and the bear likely died at the scene, officials said.
LITTLETON, CO — A driver has been transported to the hospital after crashing into a bear at around 5:45 a.m. Friday, Fox 31 reported.
The crash happened near S. Jellison Street and S. Kipling Parkway in Littleton, the news station reported. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office believes the bear is dead but doesn't know for sure, according to Fox 31.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers and the Sheriff’s Office are on scene investigating.
