Fire Breaks Out At Dentist Office In Greenwood Village
Firefighters were called to a dental office on East Prentice Avenue Monday morning.

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO — A fire broke out at a dentist's office Monday morning in Greenwood Village, officials said.
Firefighters were called to the 8000 block of East Prentice Avenue around 7 a.m. and were able to get into the building, South Metro Fire Rescue said. Video footage shows smoke coming out of the building.
The crews were searching for the fire in the attic of the building, fire officials said. Hooks are being used to pull the roof and access the attic area.

The crews finished the work on the roof by 8:30 p.m. and ventilated the building, South Metro Fire Rescue said.
"Crews will remain on scene for a while to do overhaul," the agency said in a tweet.

Investigators were gathering details and investigating the cause of the fire, officials said.
