Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund at Wind Crest

Wind Crest, the Erickson Senior Living community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, distributed $540,000 to 855 eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).

The SAF, made possible through contributions from generous residents, was distributed during special community events held December 2-4. The gifts express residents’ gratitude for the exceptional services team members provide throughout the year to support an engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
